2. Scope and acceptance of the terms

By using this website or placing an order, the Customer declares that it has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to purchases made in www.madameliora.pt, without prejudice to the imperative rights conferred on the consumer by the applicable legislation.

3. Product information, prices and availability

The photographs, descriptions, colors and details of the products are presented as rigorously as possible. There may be minor color variations due to the lighting, screen used or the characteristics of the materials.
The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force, when applicable, and do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
The availability of products can change quickly, as Madame Liora works with parts in limited quantities.
The order is only confirmed and reserved after payment validation. Placing a product in the cart does not guarantee your reservation.
In case of computer error, obvious price error, incorrect description, stock break or impossibility of fulfilling the order, Madame Liora may cancel the order and fully reimburse the amounts paid.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the data provided on the order is correct and complete, including name, address, telephone contact and email.
If the address is incorrect, incomplete or if the order is returned due to absence or absence of withdrawal, new postage may be charged for resending.
Madame Liora reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, abusive use of promotions, incorrect data, unconfirmed payment or impossibility of delivery.
Campaigns, balances, discounts and promotional codes may have their own conditions, time limit, stock limit and are not cumulative among themselves, unless otherwise stated.

5. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Mainland Portugal: Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. After shipment, the expected delivery is from 24h to 48h.
Wood and Azores: Delivery time can vary from 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
Spain: Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. After shipment, the expected delivery is 2 to 4 business days, and may vary according to the carrier and the destination area.
Other European countries available, including Switzerland: The delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination, the carrier and any local procedures.
Shipping costs: In Portugal, shipping costs €4.99 on orders up to €24.99 and are free of charges for orders over €24.99. For Spain, shipping is free on orders over €34.99; Below this amount, the cost is displayed at checkout before checkout. For other European countries available, including Switzerland, shipping costs €9.99 and is free on orders over €69.99.
The deadlines indicated are estimates. Madame Liora is not responsible for delays attributable to the Carrier, periods of greater logistics volume, holidays, strikes, customs reasons, incorrect delivery data or external events outside its control.

6. Right of free resolution and conditions of return

According to Decree-Law no. 14 days in a row from the date of receipt of the order.

In order for the return to be accepted, the item must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, washing, odors, stains, make-up marks, damage or alterations, with the original labels and, whenever applicable, in the original packaging.
Refund will only be approved after receipt and inspection of the article by Madame Liora.
If the article shows signs of use or manipulation beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning, the return may be refused or the consumer can be held responsible for the devaluation of the article.
The costs of sending the return are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of a proven defect or error attributable to Madame Liora.
We recommend registered shipping. Madame Liora is not responsible for losses on returns sent without registration.
For reasons of hygiene and protection, returns of sealed items that are not susceptible to return after opening are not accepted, namely earrings, cosmetics, lingerie or bathing suits without a protective seal, unless a proven defect.

7. Exchanges, defects and legal guarantee

If you receive a defective item or other than the ordered item, you should contact Madame Liora as soon as possible, sending photos and the order number.
Proven defects or errors attributable to Madame Liora will be analyzed and resolved in the applicable legal terms, and may result in the replacement, repair, reimbursement or other legally foreseen solution.
No signs of use, normal wear, damage caused by incorrect use, improper washing, improper handling or non-compliance with the article's caution instructions are considered defects.
To change the size or color, when available, we recommend making the return and making a new purchase on the website, thus guaranteeing the reservation of the existing stock.

8. Refunds

After approval of the return, the refund will be processed by the original payment method whenever possible.
In case of full return, the initial standard shipping amount will be refunded when applicable in the legal terms.
Additional costs chosen by the customer, such as special delivery methods or reshipments by incorrect address, may not be refundable when permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the imperative rights conferred on the consumer by the applicable legislation of the European Union and, when applicable, by the legislation of the consumer's country of residence.

13. Alternative dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an alternative resolution entity for consumption disputes.
