Exchange and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Madame Liora Boutique. To ensure a clear experience and protect the integrity of our parts, we apply the following conditions in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

1. Deadline for return

• Deadline: It has 14 days in a row from the receipt of the order to request the return.
• Return request: The order must be communicated by email, with the identification of the order and the item to be returned.
• Proof of Purchase: The presentation of the invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.

2. ARTICLE CONDITIONS

The return will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition and without any sign of use.

• The article must be unused, without odors, without stains, without makeup marks, without signs of washing, without damage and without changes.
• The original labels must be intact and placed in the article.
• Where applicable, the item must be returned in the original packaging and with all accessories received.

The consumer can inspect the article with the necessary care to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning. However, if the article is manipulated beyond what is necessary or shows usage signs, the return may be refused or the consumer can be held responsible for the devaluation of the article.

3. Return costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• This rule does not apply in the event of a proven defect or error attributable to Madame Liora.
• We recommend registered shipping. Madame Liora is not responsible for losses on returns sent without registration.

4. Exclusions for hygiene and protection

For reasons of hygiene and protection, returns of sealed items that are not susceptible to return after opening are not accepted, namely earrings, cosmetics, lingerie or bathing suits without a protective seal, unless a proven defect.

5. Articles on sale or balances

Articles in the balances campaign enjoy the same return rights, the refund being made for the amount actually paid.

6. INSPECTION AND REFUND PROCESS

• RETURN APPROVED: The refund is processed within the legal term, by the original payment method whenever possible.
• RETURN REJECTED: If the article shows signs of use, washing, odors, stains, damage, lack of labels or other changes, it will be sent back to the customer upon payment of the new shipping costs.
• In case of full return, the initial standard shipping amount will be refunded when applicable in the legal terms.

7. Exchanges and defects

We replace articles with a proven manufacturing defect. To change the size or color, we recommend making the return and making a new purchase on the website, thus guaranteeing the available stock reservation.
